I'm having trouble signing in to my old account. What do I do?

If you logged with Google or Apple authentication, we cannot reset your password or help you authenticate. Often people get a new phone and have trouble Signing on to Dimensional because their new phone is using another Apple ID. In these cases, we cannot reset or retrieve your account since it's managed by Apple. You will need to authenticate with your previous Apple ID.

How can I delete my account?

At the bottom of the Settings page on the app, you will see a button to delete your account. Upon doing so, your account and all associated responses/data will be erased.

How does Dimensional make money?

We offer a premium version of Dimensional, called Dimensional Plus. A subscription to Dimensional Plus includes access to 50+ premium traits, 4 premium reports, more content about you and your connections, and unlimited use of the Dimensional Assistant. Most importantly, it supports our mission. We're a small team and we don't advertise or sell data. Purchases help us make Dimensional better.

Does Dimensional sell my data?

No! Your data is your data. We don't sell your data to advertisers or third parties.
