If you logged with Google or Apple authentication, we cannot reset your password or help you authenticate. Often people get a new phone and have trouble Signing on to Dimensional because their new phone is using another Apple ID. In these cases, we cannot reset or retrieve your account since it's managed by Apple. You will need to authenticate with your previous Apple ID.
At the bottom of the Settings page on the app, you will see a button to delete your account. Upon doing so, your account and all associated responses/data will be erased.
Short answer: As of May 2023, we don't. Longer answer: we're launching a Premium version of Dimensional this year.
We plan on launching our first web app in the summer of 2023. The first version will let you create an account and take all the assessments but you wont be able to connect with others. We'll follow up with an updated version that allows connections in the fall. The Android app will come after. Hopefully in the winter.
